Hi!

This happens when I try to install safeeyes 2.0.6 (which came as an upgrade). It says this is a SandboxViolation when it uses an easy_install script.

Ok, now I found that depends on a ~* recent version of setuptools.

...proves that we're dealing with a version of setuptools older than 38.3.0.  I'll close as obsolete, please re-open as needed.
