Firefox 60+ supports Wayland.

Please add a USE flag 'wayland'

If the USE flag is set, the Firefox configure script should be called with

  --enable-default-toolkit=cairo-gtk3-wayland

instead of the option that is used now:

  --enable-default-toolkit=cairo-gtk3

If Firefox is built with Wayland support, it also supports X11: if Firefox cannot connect to Wayland, it automatically falls back to X11 mode.
