Release focus: Minor feature enhancements
Changes:
An update was made to 2.6.12-ck3, which contains newer cfq-timeslice and
2.6.12.2 patch. The following were updated: skas (2.6.12-rc4-v9-pre4), acpi
(20050408-2.6.12), Vesa-tng (0.9-rc7-2.6.12-git-20050627), fbsplash
(0.9.2-r3-2.6.12-rc3), and inotify (0.23-rml-2.6.12-rc6-13).
This works on amd64. Is there any reason I shouldn't be adding ~amd64 to this ebuild? Should I file a new bug for this? Don't file a new bug. Just modify the ebuild and attach a diff. Created attachment 63032 [details]
add ~amd64 to keywords
OK, I'm completely new to this, so apologies if I got it wrong.
Wasn't sure what to name the file, and while the diff is to patch the ebuild, I
didn't check "patch" as it doesn't actually patch the sources. Is that correct?
I'd suggest using diff -nu [file1] [file2] instead of diff [file1] [file2] :> Created attachment 63100 [details]
add ~amd64 to keywords, second attempt
Hopefully it's better this time :)

version bump: 2.6.12-cko3
(from freshmeat...)
Changes:
This version is still based on 2.6.12-ck3 patchset. The following were updated:
kernel patch (2.6.12.3), skas (2.6.12-v9-pre7), ACPI (20050708-2.6.12), Reiser4
(2.6.12-3), and inotify (0.23-rml-2.6.12-15).
Ian: I added ~amd64
Hey all... Con has approved ArchCK as the successor to CKO. archck-sources ebuild is at bug #103354 :) Marking as WONTFIX as the patchset has apparently been abandoned anyway. |
