Description Zhiqiang ye 2004-09-30 07:21:34 UTC
if I use "emerge prosite" or "emerge -u prosite", it says: File is corrupt or incomplete. (Digests do not match), like below:

root # emerge -up prosite

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

Calculating dependencies ...done!
[ebuild  N    ] app-sci/prosite-18.26

root # emerge -u prosite
Calculating dependencies ...done!
>>> emerge (1 of 1) app-sci/prosite-18.26 to /
>>> md5 src_uri ;-) prosite.doc
>>> md5 src_uri ;-) prosite.lis
>>> md5 src_uri ;-) prosite.dat

!!! File is corrupt or incomplete. (Digests do not match)
>>> our recorded digest: b2c9581917ecfd43826d319d066e4ca7
>>>  your file's digest: 82450d2531f941e04741c16cf60f2fcb
!!! File does not exist: /usr/portage/distfiles//prosuser.htm

And my portage snapshot date is Sep27,2004.
and the /usr/portage/distfiles/prosuer.htm does exsit.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Actual Results:
emerge failed because of digests' mismatch

Expected Results:
It should be emerged safely.

Please emerge sync and try again. Re-open if the problem persists (which I doubt) :-)
