It seems that, for some reason, 1.8.4 wasn't stabilized on arm, let's try to put that arch in sync with the others then

a 1.10.x was supposed to be requested stabled a few weekends ago; not sure if there were blockers remained or just floppym got too busy. Point being - it should be possible to just go with 1.10.x soon for arm too.
