Upstream changelog is terse about changes since 0.1.11 (current stable on amd64 and x86) - one bugfix and one enhancement: https://github.com/boto/s3transfer/blob/develop/CHANGELOG.rst

This is first stabilization request for s3transfer on arm64.

Now that at least all x86 test failures are fixed I suggest to CC arches in bug 667974 and I therefore close this bug a duplicate of bug 667974.
