lxc has dropped templates in favor of distrobuilder as of lxc 3.0.0: https://github.com/lxc/lxc/commit/aafb5ea2a849056f9866359996605af0290605bd

distrobuilder should be added to the tree before >=app-emulation/lxc-3.0.0 is stabilized.
