And it is not a common knowledge so people cannot look their problems up in an expected way and duplicate discussions on other platforms.
Comment 1 Nick Novikov 2018-06-05 09:38:54 UTC
I confirm.

Beginners search for bugs and problems using their habitual search site but bugs.g.o isn't indexed properly there.
Comment 2 Alexander Tsoy 2020-01-30 21:36:38 UTC
This was fixed, see bug 690438

Are you sure? I couldn't find this report in Google.
Comment 4 Sergey 'L29Ah' Alirzaev 2020-01-30 23:11:50 UTC
Seems like i need to be gentoo.org's web admin to be able to ask Google why haven't it visited it.
Comment 5 Alexander Tsoy 2020-01-30 23:38:13 UTC
This is strange. There is a link to this bug on the page
https://bugs.gentoo.org/data/cached/buglist-UNCONFIRMED.html
which is indexed by Google. But I cannot find this bug report either.
Comment 6 Alexander Tsoy 2020-01-30 23:58:45 UTC
Could it be that there are too many links on buglist-* pages?

$ curl -s 'https://bugs.gentoo.org/data/cached/buglist-UNCONFIRMED.html' | grep '<a href=' | wc -l
7255
