I'm trying to build systemd 238-r7 with abi_x86_32 on amd64.

meson fails with "ERROR: Cross-compile check overflowed"

This is discussed upstream at https://github.com/mesonbuild/meson/issues/3113

The testing version (meson-0.46.1) will finish the build successfully.
