Bug 65585 – xmame 0.86 dosen't build the ggi version when the ggi use flag is enabled

Emerging xmame with ggi in the USE flags dosen't build the xmame.ggi executable file. I am not sure if this is because ggi support has been removed in this version or if i am doing something wrong.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.USE="ggi" emerge xmame

Actual Results:  
xmame compiles but no xmame.ggi executable is produced.

Expected Results:  
Build the xmame.ggi executable.
