The EHG_REPO_URI http://hg.debian.org/hg/xine-lib/xine-lib-1.2 does not work anymore. Investigating on the website of xine-lib I found that there is a mirror on sourceforge and changing EHG_REPO_URI to http://hg.code.sf.net/p/xine/xine-lib-1.2 the package merges again.
