FCEUX should center the emulation output in the window.  Right now it looks kinda goofy being at the bottom left of the window.

I'm actually talking to upstream right now, but they're in the middle of a repo reorganization migrating from subversion to git.

In the meantime I myself am not sure when requests should go through gentoo to be forwarded upstream by the ebuild maintainer, and when requests should go directly upstream.

Any guidance on that point?  and relatedly, any documentation that specifies?
