Hi again,  
  
the current quota tools in portage tree is release 3.04, the changelog of  
www.sf.net/linuxquota/ looks good enough to let the portage tree enhanced by 
this new release. 
Since I just can't do it my self, I'd be happy if someone else would put a new 
copy of the ebuild 3.06.
