geary merge fails because the package enchant is not found.
enchant should be a dependency.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge geary
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
compilation failed

Expected Results:  
merging geary

i manually merged enchant, and geary is now mergeable.

    mail-client/geary: bump to 0.12.3
    
    * Review deps and fix things up.
    * Fix licenses.
    * Remove questionable IUSE=nls, empty string LINGUAS should do what
      -nls did (albeit not sure about help manual translations)
    * Remove WITH_UNITY option, unfortunately automagic now, but not
      worrying about it as I don't think we have the libraries available
      anywhere.
