I've just noticed it also happens on my Fedora workstation. It does not seem as a Gentoo-specific problem to me now. Both Firefoxes are synced via Firefox Sync. This seems to be known upstream, it's a list of blacklisted characters in domain names (network.IDN.blacklist_chars in prefs): https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1373157 and will be moved away from the command line in FF60: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1436863 Please feel free to reopen and update any bug report that can be duplicated with current esr builds, 60.x. If you feel your feature needs to be re looked at in any of these bugs reopen and update, please attach patches when appropriate. Thank you Mozilla Team |
