This appears to me to be either a KDE or SDDM issue. On my machine the login theme had been set to Elarun. Trying out the other two I have available (Breeze and Maldives) they both work fine. Setting it back to Elarun it fails again. I'll use Maldives for now. If anyone focuses on this bug report in the future please get in touch and I'll test again. If it is not happening with Breeze theme then it is clearly not related to KDE. Can you reproduce the issue with latest stable SDDM? |
