By voting I mean that it would be possible to give "numerical" feedback
to writer. There could also be different classes like "helpful", "interesting",
"bug solver" ...

Reading forums is quite pain nowdays because of very high activity.
Voting for post would make it easy to read few top posts and skip rest.

Voting would also enable writer ranking.

This would require an upstream change to the phpbb code.  If they make the changes, we will consider implementing them.
