Also present for 2.9.0. Is there a workaround? I was able to build this version previously despite this, but now, even with network access, it fails like this. One interesting solution that I have seen sage use is to package the inventory file in the source tarball instead of downloading at build time. Of course it doesn't make it fresh but it makes it from the same time as the package. I think it is annoying in the first place to be pointed at live documentation which may be different from what you installed. (In reply to Erik Quaeghebeur from comment #1) > Is there a workaround? A straightforward, if imperfect solution would be to add sed '/intersphinx/d' -i conf.py || die to the python_compile_all-part of the ebuild (cf. https://github.com/h5py/h5py/blob/2.9.0/docs/conf.py). Old version removed. Please reopen if you can reproduce with newer. |
