Qt4 is dead and going away, even though the project seems alive there seems to be no effort yet to port to PyQt5 and an issue raised by Debian Buster Qt4 removal is yet unanswered ($URL). Maybe upstream needs more ping.

We are very close to masking Qt4 now.

Well as upstream is unresponsive I will just go ahead and lastrite the package.
