Hello!

This is a pretty simple change (I am doing it to learn some stuff).

app-admin/apachetop ebuild currently points to http://www.webta.org/${PN}/${P}.tar.gz which is broken (the webta.org redirects to homepage).

jstein made a courtesy and uploaded that tarball into https://dev.gentoo.org/~jstein/dist/apachetop-0.12.6.tar.gz

Just an internal note for myself: I can test stuff by trying
GENTOO_MIRRORS="" ebuild apachetop-0.12.6-r2.ebuild fetch
