build.log up to and including configure phase

As per summary, the systemd unit file installed at:
/lib/systemd/system/heartbeat.service

Contains the following two lines:
ExecStart=${exec_prefix}/libexec/heartbeat/heartbeat -f
ExecStop=${exec_prefix}/libexec/heartbeat/heartbeat -k

Which causes the following error when attempting to start the service:
Feb 02 15:07:12 firebrand systemd[1]: /lib/systemd/system/heartbeat.service:23: Executable path is not absolute: ${exec_prefix}/libexec/heartbeat/heartbeat -f

Manually changing them to:
ExecStart=/usr/libexec/heartbeat/heartbeat -f
ExecStop=/usr/libexec/heartbeat/heartbeat -k
Resolves the problem.

The file is created by configure, replacing @HA_DAEMON_DIR@ with ${exec_prefix}
