we're slowly adding support for conf.d in the bluetooth init.d script. pand is one of the new things we are allowing users to enable through conf.d. many further down the road we can either merge this with the gentoo netconfig stuff. Pand support has been added to the bluetooth init script - can this bug report be closed? no, my pan script is more advanced, it creates an ethernet bridge. what is brctl in the init script here? i can't find it in bluez-utils It's from net-misc/bridge-utils brctl - ethernet bridge administration Comment on attachment 39958 [details]
pand
outdated by baselayout and new bluetooth init script
I suppose the functionality in net.bnep0 should be implemented as I describe in 93321. I've created some documentation on: http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_Configure_a_bluetooth_network_access_point *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 93321 *** |
