I have the exact same issue locally. Simply cannot use eclean-kernel. I'm sorry I've abandoned this project in favor of EK2 which I was never able to finish. Apparently this was a wrong move, and I'll try to address the most important issues in the legacy version now. This should be fixed in c10ce2708d28dcc6c1bbccd937832d01b3f8484c. When I look through other reported issues, I'll make a new release including it. *** Bug 626410 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** The bug has been closed via the following commit(s): https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=41293544c28944ba72a7009843717796cef2981d commit 41293544c28944ba72a7009843717796cef2981d Author: Michał Górny <mgorny@gentoo.org> AuthorDate: 2018-11-04 08:30:33 +0000 Commit: Michał Górny <mgorny@gentoo.org> CommitDate: 2018-11-04 08:33:43 +0000 app-admin/eclean-kernel: Bump to 0.4.3 (legacy branch) Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/603418 Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/646668 Signed-off-by: Michał Górny <mgorny@gentoo.org> app-admin/eclean-kernel/Manifest | 1 + app-admin/eclean-kernel/eclean-kernel-0.4.3.ebuild | 18 ++++++++++++++++++ 2 files changed, 19 insertions(+) |
Created attachment 517870 [details] outputs of `sudo eclean-kernel -n 3 --debug`, `eclean-kernel --list-kernels` and `emerge --info` I ran `sudo eclean-kernel -n 3` after manually deleting some kernel files from /boot and got an "execv() arg 2 must contain only strings" error. I attach the outputs of `sudo eclean-kernel -n 3 --debug`, `eclean-kernel --list-kernels` and `emerge --info`.
