When compiling mythtv 0.16, it doesn't make use of distcc.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install and configure distcc
2.emerge -v =media-tv/mythtv-0.16

Actual Results:  
gcc jobs do not get run through distcc, they run locally. 

Expected Results:  
gcc  jobs should run through distcc, which distributes them to other nodes.

last I checked the build system that MythTV uses doesn't play nice with distcc. But that could have changed.

Actually, I tried this on my systems. It ran it through distcc. Can you provide some proof?

Prove that distcc is running on your destination machines. Give some output of distcc-config. Show me some emerge info.
