This has already been reported and fixed upstream. It took me a couple of hours to figure it out and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through that so please apply this patch. See the URL for the full bug report.

    x11-base/xorg-server: Remove version 1.19.6
    
    1.19.6 contains various regressions vs 1.19.5. Now that 1.20-rc1 is
    in-tree, get rid of this version.
