gst-plugins-mpg123 is the replacement for now dead gst-plugins-mad. Therefore it needs all the same stable keywords as gst-plugins-mad had in order to not lose primary way of mp3 playback via gstreamer (technically gst-plugins-libav can do it too, but that's considered a fallback and shouldn't be used).

Either stabilize gst-plugins-mpg123-1.12.3 (or newer if you lag behind and newer is in stable queue already later on), or decide to not support mp3 and make the necessary adjustments, e.g. gst-plugins-meta and its mp3 USE flag.

Technically you haven't done keywording either, but I'm not putting that as a dependency (but see also instead), so the direct stabling would show up as well for getatoms users.. If you directly stable, you can un-CC yourself from 635466 as well.

Technically you should reintroduce stable keywords to gst-plugins-meta-1.12.3 as well, but to keep it simple, I'll just re-add those myself after that's possible, as it's just a meta package.
