Attached is the ebuild script for cons-2.2.0

I suggest that this ebuild best fits into dev-util, alongside pcons (a python
based build system similar to this one)

Shawn,

     Will check it out with perl 5.6.1 and 5.8 and let you know if there are 
any problems. If all is good, I'll mask it in portage for general testing. Give 
me a few days before you think I've dropped the ball on this completely,

No prob, I did spot an error of my own with the man page in the ebuild script,
the cons.1 man page is distributed as cons.1.gz already, I don't know how to
change the ebuild script so that it properly installed the gzipped man page,
currently it installs it into mang folder instead of man1 folder in
/usr/share/man? I think, which is wrong of course.

Shawn,

     Finally, the thaw is upon us. This has been tested and commited to 
portage. I've ~'d the arch keywords for everything but x86 (until we have 
verification from those platforms). Once this hits your mirror and you see it, 
give it a whirl, and if all looks good please close this bug.
