Created attachment 516014 [details] build.log.xz --localstatedir is configured to /var/lib and thus pid file and log file default paths are /var/lib/run/slpd.pid and /var/lib/log/slpd.log. Different path for pid file causes that init script is not able to stop slpd. If logging is enabled in config file slpd fails with error after it tries to write to non-existing /var/lib/log/ directory.
