This needs a revbump to fix issues with new portage defaults.

what I had before:
~ % cat /var/db/pkg/gnome-base/libgnomeui-2.24.5-r1/PDEPEND 
x11-themes/gnome-icon-theme

after re-emerge:
~ % cat /var/db/pkg/gnome-base/libgnomeui-2.24.5-r1/PDEPEND
x11-themes/adwaita-icon-theme

PDEPEND has stale entries which confuses portage with new default options. Zac said I should make revbump requests in 645284
