There are quite a few outdated packages in the R Overlay.

Take xml2 as an example: 0.1.2 in the overlay, 1.1.1 on CRAN[1].
Also, rmarkdown: 1.0 in the overlay, 1.8 on CRAN.
There are no ebuilds for any package 'geojson*', but CRAN shows:

geojsonR_1.0.4.tar.gz
geojson_0.2.0.tar.gz
geojsonio_0.5.0.tar.gz
geojsonlint_0.2.0.tar.gz


Given that the R overlay is updated by a script, there's probably something wrong. However, the overlay is still being updated every day; it's just that some packages are not being picked up.
