Sits in tree for a while.

Noticed today when explored why tmux in debian Just Works (version 2.6) and does not work in stable gentoo (2.3-r1).

In my case Alt+<arrow-keys> on xterm did not get handled correctly.
2.6 got it fixed as: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/tmux-users/0tWyI-9olJc/ilgQ9pErAQAJ
