Thank you for the bump request. You can help the maintainer with further information: Does a simple bump [1] work on your system? Chances are high, because a first look on the bump revealed only small changes. [1] https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Custom_repository#Simple_version_bump_of_an_ebuild_in_the_local_overlay Yes, renaming build and removing "PATCHES = (...)" works ok. Created attachment 517022 [details]
sock_addr.c segfault
Does it actually run? When I manually build 1.4.48 it segfaults. Granted, this is outside of the ebuild, but I thought it worth giving a heads up as something to potentially look for.
1.4.48 uses meson as its build system and adds a few more flags; the ebuild needs to be rewritten. A simple bump isn't going to fix it. It was running for me, except some SSL problem, which was also presented in 1.4.47. 1.4.49 March 11, 2018 Important changes mod_proxy: basic support for HTTP CONNECT bug fixes (In reply to Anton Kochkov from comment #5) > (In reply to Herb Miller Jr. from comment #3) > > Created attachment 517022 [details] > > sock_addr.c segfault > > > > Does it actually run? Could you be a bit more specific about this "SSL problem"? As zlg said simple renaming won't work as they added for instance pgsql support and renamed xattr option, but they still provide CMakeList as well (and have some plans about meson). I am going to take a look within the next week.
