Used previous version 0.4.0 ebuild, changed: `fdo-mime` to `xdg-utils` as it was proposed by repoman.

New zeal version 0.6.0 ebuild

New zeal release: https://github.com/zealdocs/zeal/releases/tag/v0.6.0

Changed ebuild to use cmake instead of qmake as it was removed from Zeal.

0.5.0 and 0.6.0 tested ok, both seem to work with qt 5.9.4
