There's a remapping done from "sr-ME" to "me" in several places, but it seems that no package is using "sr-ME" as L10N value any more.

Furthermore, the Montenegrin language has obtained an official ISO 639-2 code quite recently (2017-12-21), namely "cnr":

I would suggest to drop the old remapping for now, and re-add one for "cnr" if that should become necessary.
