korganizer has a calendar which is used to determine appointments and is also seen in the left upper corner. It shows the wrong week number. We are now (17/9/04) in week 38, but korganizer says week 37.

That's correct. I have changed week starts at Sunday. I see patch will be applied to kde 3.4. So I will revert my settings and wait for kde 3.4 to change it again.
