Maybe also relevant: # cat /etc/portage/package.env dev-libs/re2 clang www-client/chromium clang # cat /etc/portage/env/clang CC=clang CXX=clang++ From the log: clang++: error: unable to execute command: Executable "clang++" doesn't exist! Did you un-merge clang while the build was running? This seems quite strange... I have to conclude that something went horribly wrong on your system. If you can reproduce the problem consistently, please re-open with instructions. I have this problem on two systems, last chromium version working is this one: Installed versions: 62.0.3202.89(12:40:05 AM 11/13/2017)(cups hangouts kerberos pic proprietary-codecs pulseaudio suid system-ffmpeg widevine -component-build -custom-cflags -gnome-keyring -neon -selinux -system-icu -system-libvpx -tcmalloc L10N="am ar bg bn ca cs da de el en-GB es es-419 et fa fi fil fr gu he hi hr hu id it ja kn ko lt lv ml mr ms nb nl pl pt-BR pt-PT ro ru sk sl sr sv sw ta te th tr uk vi zh-CN zh-TW") Problem exists with both clang-3.9.1-r100 and clang-4.0.1. As you can see from the buildlog earlier calls to clang++ work fine but at least parts of the build system are able to find clang++ Will try again with chromium-63.0.3239.108, what other information can I supply? |
