Tried to emerge imagemagick-6.0.7.1 but ebuild fails because it cannot find the file on the download server. I ftp'd to the download server and found that there is no 6.0.7.1 version on the server. There is a 6.0.7.4 version on the server. I copied the ebuild locally to a file labeled 6.0.7.4, generated a digest, and the emerge completed successfully. 

It looks like the ebuild needs to be fixed to reference imagemagick-6.0.7.4
