I'm not sure what we're supposed to do here, it looks like hardened is poking beyond containerization and so we can't even bind to loopback for test purposes. Looking at the code seems to indicate "give me a spare loopback port" worked, but then attempting to use the spare port failed. So this looks like something hardened can help with understanding. Hard to test when we don't have any hardened kernel any more to test on that is up to date.
