Several drop-down menus on the top of the Gentoo wiki website don't work anymore. For example: "Tools", "more" and the user drop-down menu.

I'm using the QupZilla 2.2.3 web browser, but several other people experience the same problem with other browsers: https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-1074558.html

This was investigated and found to be a caching issue.  Fixed.
