Similar failures on x86.
x86: 11 failed, 649 passed, 222 skipped, 3 xfailed, 31 pytest-warnings in 12.53 seconds The x86 test failures are expected by upstream due to pytest version 3.0 or greater. They marked them as such in py 1.5.0 here: https://github.com/pytest-dev/py/commit/20a49b8f7cbd48dbea896965d9ee8663f6bf32f3 Can either backport that to 1.4.34, aim for stabilizing 1.5.2, or just ignore the failure. We need to get setuptools 36.7.2 stable on x86, because the old version's circular dependency with six is breaking stages. The bug has been closed via the following commit(s): https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=cdf4918d154aa61d1323245c173cc7c08a5d1327 commit cdf4918d154aa61d1323245c173cc7c08a5d1327 Author: Thomas Deutschmann <whissi@gentoo.org> AuthorDate: 2018-04-18 13:17:51 +0000 Commit: Thomas Deutschmann <whissi@gentoo.org> CommitDate: 2018-04-18 13:22:02 +0000 dev-python/py: Fix tests Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/642440 Package-Manager: Portage-2.3.30, Repoman-2.3.9 .../py/files/py-1.4.34-skip-broken-pytest3.patch | 116 +++++++++++++++++++++ dev-python/py/py-1.4.34.ebuild | 2 + 2 files changed, 118 insertions(+) The additional failures on sparc are covered in $url, looks like they are also just test problems. |
