See bug 6038. The issue your having below, and that I just had, is that gnome-vfs is looking for libstdc++.la in /usr/lib when the file is in /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.1.1. You can do a quick fix by doing a symlink to in /usr/lib. That seems to fix it. Should the gcc ebuild make this link? or is it a problem with the way gnome-vfs builds? it's a gcc problem that lostlogic should be able to fix, but I understand that he's on vacation, so it might be a little while, and I don't know much beyond that. |
