Can somebody tell how much free space is needed to compile this version ? I have 8.4 Gb remaining on the root partition and it is not yet enough.

François, I just did a quick test with USE="ssl tools" and the peak was 10GB. So we'll increase the CHECKREQS_DISK_BUILD for the next release.

My fault, I forgot to include the scons fixes and 3.6 is built with debugging symbols, continuing in https://bugs.gentoo.org/643984.

I found strange that I could compile 3.4 with a tmpfs partition of 3 gb and that so much space was needed for 3.6
