Please mask/remove 4.13.x kernels:

1) EOL.

2) Can break various laptops (introduced by [1], fixed by [2]). See https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1734147. Ubuntu has temporary pulled their 17.10 image due to this problem.
