/lib/rcscripts/awk/fixlafiles.awk changes the mtime and the md5 of files
it fixes, so they remain orphaned when portage tries to unmerge the
package owning them, and possibly causing bugs such as bug 61136.

These files can also trigger collision errors with the new portage feature
collision-protect.

I produced a patch for fixlafiles.awk to fix files without changing the mtime,
but then I realized portage checks the md5 too, so I don't know what a
possible solution can be.
