Description Robin Munn 2004-09-14 14:03:30 UTC
Several dev-python ebuilds compile and install just fine on my machine with only the macos keyword added and no other ebuild changes:

cheetah-0.9.15
docutils-0.3.3-r1
medusa-0.5.4
quixote-1.0

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Added macos keyword to specified ebuilds.
2. emerge -av (ebuild)
3.

Actual Results:
All four of these work.

Comment 1 dario 2004-09-15 06:08:17 UTC
also there is some python script (such as etcat) that use the bin python2, but it don't exist: python-2.3 exist.
A symlink in /usr/bin/ is needed

In CVS. Thanks.
Please file a different bug for the python2 alias if necessary, including a test case.
