Ebuild with version bump and updated PF_URI.

Updated to 4.14-p5. Changed PF_URI to reflect newer release paths (.xz patches no longer available).

Original credits to https://github.com/juippis for updating PF_URI in his/her overlay (jps-gentoo).

New URI is also mentioned in the official download instructions at https://pfactum.github.io/pf-kernel/ (under "How to get it?").

Bump. Should we consider this package obsolete and refer to using overlays in the future?

Ebuild for latest pf-sources-4.17-pf4

I've asked to maintain this package many times now. There seems to be some reluctancy in proxy-maint project to commit kernel packages, so I'd need an individual dev to commit for me. I'm happy to prepare the PRs and test ebuilds in every update.

My message to gentoo-dev.

I attached a proposal of my ebuild, it uses "base" and "extras" patch sets from genpatches and is very similar to ck-sources. I'd love to have feedback on that ebuild. In this ebuild I'm applying pf-patch before any possible user patches, so that pf patch always goes first and possible user patches fail after that. That way pf patch never fails due to user patches.
