emerge kile
returns the following
Calculating dependencies \
emerge: there are no masked or unmasked ebuilds to satisfy "(kde-base/kdegraphics)".

!!! Error calculating dependencies. Please correct.

There seems to be a typo in the ebuild as the RDEPEND section needs to have some whitespace between the parentheses.  The RDEPENDS section should be changed to the following:
RDEPEND="virtual/tetex
	kde? ( kde-base/kdegraphics )"
