Bug 64016 – app-editors/kile-1.6.3: "Possibly a DEPEND/*DEPEND problem" on world update

After the recent sync (18:25 CEST), I get the following error when doing emerge -uDp world (kile is installed, if that is of any significance):

praios /home/anno# emerge -uDp world

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

emerge: there are no masked or unmasked ebuilds to satisfy "(kde-base/kdegraphics)".
