Hit this bug during the obligatory 17.0-profile-rebuild. The only other thing I changed was changing PORTAGE_COMPRESS="zx" to "zstd".

Yes, this fixes the problem. Last time I synced systemd-233-r6 was stable, but docbook-xsl-stylesheets-1.79.1-r2 was not. Thanks!
