I can confirm this. $ time sudo revdep-rebuild -pv Password: * This is the new python coded version * Please report any bugs found using it. * The original revdep-rebuild script is installed as revdep-rebuild.sh * Please file bugs at: https://bugs.gentoo.org/ * Found a valid cache, skipping collecting phase * Scanning files * Checking dynamic linking consistency * Broken files that require: libpython3.4m.so.1.0 (64 bits) * /usr/lib64/libreoffice/program/libpythonloaderlo.so * /usr/lib64/libreoffice/program/libpyuno.so * Assign files to packages * /usr/lib64/libreoffice/program/libpyuno.so -> app-office/libreoffice-bin-5.4.2.2 * /usr/lib64/libreoffice/program/libpythonloaderlo.so -> app-office/libreoffice-bin-5.4.2.2 libreoffice-bin should be rebuilt. Please increase the priority in your list as it affects stable setup. Many users myself included rely on libreoffice on daily basis and it is important to have the stable tool. Also, you might want to review a notification process as this is the second time libreoffice is broken recently (the first one was boost upgrade). Same here It works only with python v3.4 ;( Thus, you may add the following line to package.use: =app-office/libreoffice-bin-5.4.2.2 PYTHON_TARGETS: python3_4 PYTHON_SINGLE_TARGET: -* python3_4 However, this does not solve the (real) problem, but your system will be consistent (hopefully). (May have to use 'eselect python' to save the changes.) Sorry for the long delay. It's a new development that LO links against Python; this caught me unprepared, and the chroots had to be updated first. Arches please test and stabilize: app-office/libreoffice-bin-5.4.2.2-r1 app-office/libreoffice-bin-debug-5.4.2.2-r1 Thx, it is perfect (without python3_4 or python3_6 use flags) and it seems to be stable. (I run some basic python macros create table, capitalise etc.) x86 stable *** Bug 641048 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 641082 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Stable on amd64. Thanks. |
